Jerez 2012

JEREZ – SPRING 2012

MONDAY 5 TO FRIDAY 9 MARCH – 5 days/4 nights

Hotel Sherry Park in Jerez

Cost euro 395 pp / single supplement euro 105

1. Monday 5^th

* Depart Almunecar 0900/Nerja 0930

* Visit RONDA – plus free time and optional lunch

2. Tuesday 6^th

* A half day in the DONANA national park – including an afternoon “jeep safari”

3. Wednesday 7^th

* A day in SEVILLE by our bus.

4. Thursday 8^th

* Horse show mid – day/ or free time – before and after. An optional afternoon visit to either MEDINA SIDONIA (a Phoenician/Roman town) by our bus OR to CADIZ by fast and frequent train (fare only euro 5).

5. Friday 9^th

* Visit “TIO PEPE” bodega in the morning – or free time

* Return to “home” after lunch

Notes: Hotel on half board basis – dinner and breakfast

If you're interested in going on one of the day coach trips, it couldn't be easier...all you need to do is to make a reservation for your space on the coach by contacting Costa Groups Trips Coordinator, Sean Brown. Payment for the day trip is collected on the coach, on the day.

There's nothing else you need to do, except enjoy the trip! (If for any reason you are unable to make the trip, please do let Sean know as soon as possible, as for many of our trips there is a waiting list and there may be someone who would love to take your place!)

For those of you who would like to take advantage of one of the longer, two or three-night coach trips on offer, you will need to complete a reservation form as well as, potentially, pay a deposit to book your space on the coach/hotel/attractions. All the details of what is specifically needed for each particular trip is listed under the '2009/2010 Program' section.

• A registration fee/deposit of euro 100 per person (€100) is payable on booking; but acceptance/confirmation is subject to availability. The final payment is due one month prior to departure.

• A full refund within the month before departure is only possible if the trip is cancelled by the organiser; or if another participant can take up the vacancy. A partial refund may be possible up to one week before departure.

• The trip organiser and the International Club of Salobreña cannot be held responsible for any personal accident, loss, damage or theft on this trip (so be insured if this is a concern!). Only accidents to participants whilst on the coach are covered by the coach company's own insurance.
