Rum Factory Tour

It may be almost the end of the year, but we are still working on some great activities for International Club of Salobreña members.
The Costa Tropical area’s history is very much centred around one crop – Sugar cane. Consequently, one product has featured heavily using this ingredient – RUM!
We are fortunate in having a fantastic Rum producer on our doorstep – Ron Montero and we have organized a visit including factory tour in English on Wednesday 13 November.
COST – This is a self-drive, free event for ICS Members
Meeting outside the factory located on Camino de la Vía s/n, 18600 Motril at 10:45am ready for beginning the tour at 11:00am we will be escorted around on an English-speaking tour. Obviously, there should be opportunity to make a purchase at the factory shop in time for a festive tipple for the end of the year!
