ICS Subscriptions – Making Online Payments – Stripe and Link Updating Card Details


We have been using STRIPE for some years now and many of you are familiar with the payment screens when presented to you.
Often your card details are already populated on the screen for you. It is likely that you will see the last card you used to make payment with STRIPE.
Those details are saved by a service called LINK. If you have agreed to use the Link service it identifies you by your mobile number and email address, requiring you to authenticate yourself by password or other secure means such as face recognition or PIN code.
Of course with annual subscriptions it could be that your card has been replaced on it’s expiry or maybe you have changed bank accounts. If so, you can easily update your details to ensure your payments are unaffected.
To change the card details held you simply need to add your new card to LINK and delete your old card.
How do I log into Link.com?
To log into Link.com, follow these steps:
1. Open your web browser and navigate to the Link.com website.
2. Click on the “Log In” button typically found at the top right corner of the homepage.
3. Enter your registered mobile number or email address in the provided field.
4. Click “Next” to proceed.
5. You will be prompted to enter your password. If you have enabled additional security, you may need to authenticate using face recognition, a PIN code, or another secure method.
6. Once you have successfully authenticated, you will be logged into your Link.com account, and you can manage your saved card details or make any necessary updates.
Make sure to keep your login credentials secure and avoid sharing them with others. If you experience any issues while logging in, you can use the “Forgot Password” link to reset your password or contact Link.com support for further assistance.
How to Add a New Card?
To add a new card on Link.com, follow these steps:
1. Log into your Link.com account using the instructions provided earlier.
2. Navigate to the “Payment Methods” section, typically found under account settings or a similar menu.
3. Click on “Add New Card” to start the process.
4. Enter your new card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
5. Click “Save” to add the card to your account. You may be prompted to verify the card through a secure authentication process.
To delete your old card from Link.com:
1. In the “Payment Methods” section, locate the card you wish to delete.
2. Click on the “Delete” or “Remove” button next to the card information.
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted to ensure that the card is removed from your account.
