Explore the Mysterious Necropolis Prehistórica de Corominas
Step inside the spectacular megalithic Necropolis Prehistórica de Corominas and travel back around 5,000 years. With an English-speaking archaeologist as our guide, we will uncover the stories behind five exceptionally preserved tombs and burials from the Bell Beaker period. This extraordinary underground museum, hidden beneath a tumulus, recreates the atmosphere of ancient megalithic funerary architecture and brings the distant past astonishingly close. Around the five dolmens, you will see discoveries including ceramic vessels, stone tools, arrowheads, axes, necklace beads, and perforated seashell ornaments—fascinating traces of the people who once lived, worked, and honoured their dead here.
Enjoy Lunch and Free Time in Estepona’s Flower-Filled Old Town
After our journey into prehistory, we will continue to Estepona’s beautiful Old Town for lunch and a relaxing afternoon at your own pace. Stroll through flower–filled streets, discover bright plazas and hidden corners, browse inviting shops, enjoy a coffee or glass of wine, and soak up the warm Andalusian atmosphere.
