Thursday the 19th of March we will attend a guided tour of the Museo Del Automovil y Moda de Malaga and then later explore the Treasure Caves of Ricon de Vitoria.

Description

On 19th of March we have an amazing day planned.  First, we will attend a privately guided tour of the Automóvil y la Moda de Málaga, then we will have time for lunch on our own (so many choices with over 5 restaurants within a 10 minute or less walk), followed by a short bus ride and finally exploring the Treasure Caves of Ricon de Vitoria. Our estimated schedule is:

8:45​  Coach leaves Vélez de Benaudalla outside Bar La Parada (please be ready to board by 8:35)

9:00​  Coach leaves Salobreña, Cafe Goya (please be ready to board by 8:50)

9:20​  Coach leaves Almuñécar Bus Station (please be ready by 9:10)

Museo Automóvil y la Moda de Málaga:  The Automobile and Fashion Museum, located in the emblematic building of the old Tobacc o Factory is a global and unique cultural space. It houses a hundred vehicles restored to the highest standards and more than 300 pieces of haute couture that describe the historical and artistic evolution since the end of the 19th century, through 13 thematic rooms. From the Winner of 1898 to the hydrogen prototype of 2010, passing through impressive Jaguar, Cadillac, Rolls Royce, Bentley, Ferrari, Aston Martin or Porsche; as well as the most iconic designs of firms such as Dior, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent or Givenchy.

14:50​  Board Buses for Cueva del Tesoro (Be ready to board by 14:40)

15:20​   Arrive and Explore the Cueva del Tesoro and their artifacts collection.

Treasure Cave (Cueva del Tesoro) is one of the only three marine caves known so far in the world. The other two are located in Asia and Central America. For all the locals, visitors and tourists of Malaga it is a must see destination, as history, archaeology and legend merge together in Treasure Cave.  Paleolithic and Bronze Age remain, along with some Cave Paintings were found in the galleries of Treasure Cave. This is a comfortable walk through its cavities where you can enjoy the curious forms and shapes that water has shaped over millennia. Wear non-slip sport shoes and comfortable clothing. There is an elevator for mobility those with mobility issues and a area to view each of the caves without the use of stairs.
