Description
It is that time of year again… Some would sing “…the most wonderful time of the year…”. As has become our tradition in the International Club we will be hopping on board our private coach to head into Malaga city centre to check out the incredible sound and light display in Calle Larios and the Cathedral video mapping which is always fun!
There will be plenty of time for a bit of shopping and of course dining and tapas! And don’t forget chestnuts roasting and the Christmas markets!
This year the lights don’t go on until Friday 5 December so to squeeze this event into our ICS calendar we will be going on SATURDAY, 6 DECEMBER.
Itinerary
As usual with journeys of less than 90 minutes, we will not be having a comfort break en route to Malaga.
- Depart Bus Stop, Calle Federico Garcia Lorca Velez De Benaudalla 16:15h Bus Stop, Calle Federico Garcia Lorca Velez De Benaudalla
- Pick up at Café Goya, Salobreña 16:30h
- Pick up at Bus Station Almuñecar 16:50h
- Arrive at the bus stops near the top of Calle Larios 18h
All times are approximate, depending upon traffic, etc.
Free Time in Malaga
- Depart Malaga 23:00h
- Drop Off at Almuñecar Bus Station 00:00h
- Drop Off at Salobreña Café Goya 00:15h
- Drop Off at Bus Stop, Calle Federico Garcia Lorca Velez De Benaudalla 00:30h
Cost
The cost for ICS Members is 15 euros and non member guests are welcome at 20 euros. Booking closes when our 55 seat coach is sold out or on Wednesday 26 November. Refunds will not be possible for this trip given the short booking window.
We do not know if it will be necessary or possible to operate a second coach for this trip but we will see how sales progress and it could be possible to offer seats on “Back Order” that could be fulfilled if we have sufficient bookings for a second coach. If however the second coach is not possible those sales on back order will be refunded. When Booking please tell us your preferred Pick Up Point choice from Velez De Benaudalla, Salobreña, La Caleta or Almuñecar.
Booking Issues
It has become a new “normal” that our members are so excited to book and secure their seats on our trips that the rush to book has impact on our website. We are looking at our capacity but in the meantime please do bear with us when booking and if you experience an issue try again later. Unfortunately we cannot make any bookings by email as we cannot access the booking system outside of the normal process to make bookings.
