Your booking is not finalised until all details required and cleared payment is received.
The date by which payment must be received will be shown in the details of the trip.
The date from which refunds will NOT be available will be shown in the details of the trip. If a refund is requested after that date we will do everything practicably possible to facilitate a refund or partial refund but you understand that it cannot be guaranteed.
